Our Philosophy
Every drink at Skyla is prepared to the same standard as the view — uncompromising. We source ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, Japan, and rotate our single-origin coffee through small-batch roasters across California and beyond.
Whether you're here for morning clarity or a golden-hour wind-down, our café is built for lingering — take your drink to the deck, settle into the curved lounge, or watch the sun drop behind Century City from the West Patio.

Light Bites
Classic French laminated dough, baked golden. Flaky at every layer.
Almond flour tea cake with ceremonial matcha, lightly charred edges, moist center.
Valrhona 70% chocolate, fudge-dense and bittersweet. Served at room temperature.
Buttery shortcrust, vanilla custard cream, and whatever is in peak season from the farmer's market.
Light, moist, and fragrant with California citrus. A perfect foil to both matcha and coffee.
House-made buttery shortbread with roasted hojicha and a dusting of fleur de sel.
House oats, seasonal compote, granola, and coconut cream. Light and filling.
Toasted sourdough, smashed avocado, chili flake, microgreens, and a squeeze of lemon.

The café is located on the penthouse floor, directly adjacent to the indoor lounge. Step through the glass doors from either outdoor patio to reach the counter.
