- Booking details — your name, email address, visit date and time, the package you select, and the number of guests.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your full card number; Stripe processes it directly on their PCI-compliant systems.
- Membership & inquiry forms — if you apply for membership or request a reservation, the contact details and preferences you submit.
- Technical data — basic, non-identifying information your browser sends (such as device type) used to keep the site working.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your booking and send your confirmation, ticket, and check-in QR code by email.
- To verify your reservation at the front desk on the day of your visit.
- To respond to membership applications and reservation inquiries.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
How Your Information Is Stored
Booking and application data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database, and is accessible only to authorized Skyla staff through a password-protected admin login. Confirmation emails are delivered through Brevo. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our service (such as Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, and Supabase for data storage), or where required by law.
Your Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- Transactional emails (your booking confirmation) are necessary to provide the service you requested; promotional emails, if any, will include an unsubscribe option.
Children's Privacy
Our site is intended for adults booking visits, which may include children as guests. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
